I should admit, I’m a huge fan of Deb Perlman from Smitten Kitchen. I’ve been cooking and baking using her recipes for years. So, naturally I’m going to list more than one of Deb’s recipes. This scallion meatball with soy-ginger glaze is an oldie (2006) but without a doubt, a goodie. I’ve made these meatballs at least a dozen times and everyone loves them. Even better, the sauce can be made ahead!

Three words about this recipe: Chipotle. Caramel. Chex. To quote Jessica from How Sweet Eats, “Holy flavor explosion.” I made this mix for Christmas and it was gone within an hour of everyone arriving!

I have to admit, I have not tried this yet. However, I’ve tried many from How Sweet Eats…I’m confident this pub cheese spread recipe will be fantastic!
