I didn’t always love football. I know, I know. My husband pleaded with me for years to get into it and I always resisted. I don’t know what changed my mind, but after years of begging, my husband finally got me into the game and then spent the next few seasons being extremely patient with me as I learned the basics.
Why am I brining this up? Because I know first hand how complicated the game came be for a newbie and I want to make sure that everyone will be able to enjoy Sunday’s big game. If you don’t understand the game, you won’t enjoy it! So we’re going to help those who are not as well versed in all things football as some of us are by hosting a Facebook group called Football 101. In this group we’re covering 10 topics in a simple and intuitive manner. By Sunday, you’ll be able to confidently watch the game knowing what a first down is, who’s on the field when, and more.
Our group is a closed group so in order to gain access, you simply need to add your name to our mailing list and then request access to the group through Facebook. Easy peasy.
If you’re one of the lucky well-versed fans but know someone who isn’t but might want a quick lesson, pass this along!
